General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing access to the 95bat platform ("Platform" or "Site") and use of all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3.1 Identity Verification
To ensure security and fair play, the platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a national ID card or other supporting documents.
3.2 Account Security
Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Sharing or transferring account credentials to any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.
- Each account is for the personal use of one individual only.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit (per method): ৳100
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
- Standard withdrawal processing time: Completed within 1 hour.
4.2 Transaction Terms
All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made through the payment method registered to the account. Payment methods registered in the name of a third party are not accepted.
95bat reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and may request additional documentation if needed. If evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct is found, we reserve the right to place a hold on the relevant funds.
Bonuses & Promotions
95bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and compliance with them is mandatory.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met — on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- Bets placed on certain games may be excluded from wagering calculations.
- If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
5.3 VIP Program
A 3-tier VIP program is available for regular players — with weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Gaming Rules
All games available on the 95bat platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and bingo — are operated through third-party software providers.
- The outcome of each game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
- It is the player's own responsibility to understand the rules of any game.
- If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the system record will be considered final.
When placing bets in the sports betting section, read the event conditions, bet types, and applicable rules carefully. In the event of a dispute, 95bat's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95bat platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security.
- Applying strategies with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
- Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other users.
- Any activity that damages the platform's reputation.
If any such activity is detected, 95bat reserves the right to close the account without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the 95bat platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and games — is the intellectual property of its respective owners. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.
Game software and its content are owned by the respective provider and are protected accordingly.
Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
95bat accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
